Please come and join us next week for an extra special tasting with Konstantin Baum! Konstantin is Germany’s youngest Master of Wine, a title held by only 421 people alive today. With over 170k subscribers on YouTube and over 50k on Instagram, he is also one of the world’s fastest-growing ‘wine-fluencers’. Konstantin also runs baumselection.com, an online trading company which imports artisanal wines and distributes them throughout Europe. As one of their partners, he has arranged for our tasting next week to be sponsored by the California Wine Institute. And let’s just say, we’ll be tasting some wines that the society would never be able to afford without their support.

We will be providing six white and six red wines for the tasting.

We ask that you please aim to arrive 10-15 minutes before the session begins so that we can begin pouring immediately.

Please bring your own set of 6 ISO tasting glasses. Glasses are available to buy here.

Refund policy: Please note that, as of 2025, we are no longer issuing refunds. This decision was made in an effort to reduce our operating costs and the administrative burden on our committee of student-volunteers. In lieu of refunds, there is now a ‘CUBWTS Marketplace’ WhatsApp Group dedicated to the resale of tickets. If you miss the chance to purchase a ticket for a Sunday session, you will now be able to connect with someone who can no longer attend and purchase their ticket directly.
