    • to promote future events and provide service updates to past attendees who reasonably expect to hear from us about similar upcoming events based on their previous participation and to share service updates with individuals who have already registered for future events.

How long we keep information

We store your information for as long as we need it. We usually store purchase or service history, payment details (including card or bank information for transfers and direct debits), and i for three years after your last transaction with us. We usually store your date of birth and dietary information (including allergies and health conditions) for two months after the relevant event. We usually store marketing preferences and records of your consent until you withdraw your consent. We usually store correspondence for 10 years. We only store your name and contact details when we hold other information about you, such as purchase or service history, records of your consent, or correspondence.
