Wine evolves from the moment it’s opened – but what if you could pause time? The Science of Wine Preservation with Coravin dives into the groundbreaking technology that lets you enjoy your favorite wines by the glass without compromising their integrity. We will discover how Coravin’s system protects against oxidation, preserves flavor profiles, and extends the life of your bottles.

This session will be led by none other than Coravin inventor and founder Greg Lambrecht!

We will be providing sets of red, white, and sparkling wines for this tasting.

We ask that you please aim to arrive 10-15 minutes before the session begins so that we can begin pouring immediately.

Please bring your own set of 6 ISO tasting glasses. Glasses are available to buy here.

Refund policy: Please note that, as of 2025, we are no longer issuing refunds. This decision was made in an effort to reduce our operating costs and the administrative burden on our committee of student-volunteers.
